These terms govern the use of our services, workshops, and website. Please review them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a client of Al Najah Auto Repairing.
By accessing or utilizing Al Najah Auto Repairing services—whether in person, online, or via call/WhatsApp—you consent to the practices outlined in these terms. These terms comply with UAE Commercial Transactions Law (Federal Law No. 18 of 1993).
We follow Dubai Municipality and ESMA standards for all diagnostics, repairs, and parts usage. While every effort is made to ensure optimal service, outcomes may vary due to pre-existing vehicle conditions or customer modifications.
Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. Cancellations or reschedules must be informed at least 24 hours prior to avoid a 25 AED no-show penalty. Emergency repairs are subject to availability.
OEM and aftermarket parts carry their respective manufacturer's warranties (typically 6–12 months). Al Najah is not liable for damages caused by misuse, third-party interventions, or delayed maintenance post-service unless covered explicitly in writing.
All dues must be settled post-repair completion via cash, card, or UAE-approved digital wallets. VAT of 5% will be added where applicable, in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on VAT.
Customer data is protected under UAE Cybercrime Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021). Your personal data will be used solely for communication, internal analytics, and promotional purposes with your consent.
Vehicles will not be released until the invoice has been cleared. Unclaimed vehicles for more than 30 days may incur a storage fee of 25 AED/day, or be reported per UAE Civil Code Article 916.
We are not responsible for insurance claim delays or denials. However, we provide full documentation, labor receipts, and diagnostic reports to support claims.
All content on our website, including pricing, service descriptions, images, and text, is copyrighted under UAE Intellectual Property Law and cannot be reproduced without written consent.
All disputes will be resolved under Dubai Court jurisdiction. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly at info@alnajahautorepairing.com for dispute resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
